When is the brunch?

Brunch takes place every week on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I also have brunch with you during the week and is there an à la carte brunch?

No no. The brunch takes place only on weekends and is adjusted to the number of people booked and served on a platter.

Where is the brunch taking place and where can I pick up my brunch box? 

The brunch and the pick-up take place at Siebensterngasse 60, 1070 Vienna.

 

For which days can I order a Bali Brunch Box?

The brunch boxes are only available for Saturday and Sunday. (both for delivery and collection)

When can I pick up my Bali Brunch Box?

The earliest possible pickup time is 10:00 AM depending on your selected pickup time slot

Can I also order a brunch box for delivery?

Yes, we deliver our brunch boxes within Vienna and you can select collection or delivery in the order form under "Region". Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

When will my Bali Brunch Box be delivered? Can I choose a time for my delivery?

Unfortunately not, the delivery depends on the number of orders on the respective day and is delivered via third-party logistics, so that an appointment delivery is unfortunately not possible. Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Can I pick up my box from you?

Yes, on the order form under "Region" you can select the time window in which you can pick up your box from us! We look forward to you! :)

What is your delivery radius?

We only deliver within Vienna.
Unfortunately, delivery outside of Vienna is not possible. Alternatively, you are of course welcome to come and collect the box from us. We are happy to see you ;)

Can I buy a voucher for a brunch box?

Yes, at www.balibrunchbox.at under the item "voucher".

Do I have to decide on a box now when purchasing a voucher? Can the selection still be changed?

The brunch box selection can always be changed afterwards, provided the purchase price is the same.

How do I get the voucher?

We will send you your Bali Brunch Box voucher by email.

When can I redeem my voucher?

Please send us an email with your voucher number and the desired date at least 48 hours in advance.

Are your Bali brunch boxes also gluten-free?

No, unfortunately our brunch boxes are not gluten-free, but we are working on it.

Are your shakes and cake pops vegan?

Yes, our shakes and cake pops are vegan.

I have a nut allergy, which products contain nuts?

None of our sweets (banana bread, brownie, carrot cake, spreads, etc.) contain any nuts.
Our beetroot spread is topped with wasabi nuts.

Is it also possible to pay the bill on site?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay the bill on site.
